Refresher – HACCP
This short course is for annual refresher training. It explains the meaning of HACCP and food safety management systems, and is taken from Food Safety Level 2.
Refresher training should be done annually and should be relevant to your job role. We have created a series of short refresher courses to allow you to pick and choose the areas that most need attention each year. If you are a food handler you should do Food Safety Level 2 at least every 3 years to meet industry guidelines.
There are no assessments or certificates for the refresher courses, but your progress is recorded in the Learning Management System. If you are a manager or supervisor you will be able to track the progress of your trainees in the same way as any of the other courses.
