National Curriculum objectives for Food Technology outlines Key Stage 2 pupils should be able to prepare and cook a variety of dishes using a range of cooking techniques.
We have produced our range of Training Bundles to help schools achieve this by teaching pupils the fundamentals of Food Safety.
These Bundles have been designed to break down topics from National Food Safety guidelines into bite-sized, manageable sections for everyone.

Assessment and Certificate
Once each module of the course has been completed and checked off, the online assessment becomes available. Pupils will be asked 10 multiple choice questions and be required to achieve a pass mark of 60%.

The assessment is marked instantly, and you will find out whether you have passed. If the assessment has been failed, pupils are able to retake as many times as required with no additional cost.
The assessment sources question from a larger database so each assessment will be different. Previous assessment answers are available for pupils to see which questions were incorrect if desired.
A certificate of completion is avaialbe for each Training Bundle. The content in each Bundle is taken from our CPD accredited, EHO approved Food Safety Level Two course.
