Allergen Awareness. Mustard.
This week we're taking a quick look at the allergenic ingredient of Mustard.
People with a mustard allergy will react to any food that is derived from the mustard plant. This includes mustard powder, liquid mustard, mustard oil, mustard leaves, seeds and flowers. Mustard is often used in salad dressings, curries, soups, marinades, sauces, gravy and meat products.
